March Madness of Healthy Eating!
Cutting out loads of unhealthy foods starting today! I’ve been binging like crazy, or not eatingĀ and I need to get back on track to the HEALTHY way!
- Baked goods, yes all of the brownies, cupcakes, cookies and pies.
- Candies
- White and Milk chocolate
- Sugary Cereals, including Honeynut Cheerios!
- Ice cream, whipped cream, cream cheese, anything cream-related (;
- Sugary drinks, and no adding sugar to tea.
- Chips, except the new popped chips
- Any white breads or grains
I’ll also be giving up meats and eggs.
